Lex Luthor

Lex Luthor, a sociopath genius, the sworn enemy of Superman, was first presented to the world in 1940 in Action Comics #23.

Lex grew up in a small town name Smallville, with another kid named Clark Kent. That’s where he started to feel inferior and became jealous of the wonder kid.

His jealousy, along with a genius mind, made him a psych criminal that is not afraid to destroy all of Europe just to catch Superman and show his supremacy.

The first big attempt was trying to sabotage a peace conference in Europe. That plan was foiled by Superman.

He then tried to kill Superman by putting a chain of kryptonite over his neck, but Super-man managed to escape that also.

What I love about Lex Luthor is that he has several sides to his character. He is a genius, but he’s also a comic character.  He trusts nobody, but he lets Miss Tessmache be in charge of drowning Superman. He is evil (and fully aware of it) but yet he saves millions on a dying world because the people there see him as a hero.

A great superhero is only great as his opponents, and Lex Luthor is definitely the most resilience and worthy opponent in the comic world.
